Ready stock items are usually dispatched within2–3 business days. If you chooseair shipping, delivery to the USA typically takesaround 10 days. Transit time may vary depending on the carrier service and customs clearance.

How long does customized sampling take? When will it be shipped?

Customized sampling is usually completed within10 daysand will be shipped soon after. The exact timeline is based on confirmation of your requirements and relevant files.

After sampling is approved, can I place the order for production right away?

For ready stock, we can arrange shipping based on your needs. If you need faster delivery, we usually recommendair shipping(air shipping costs are higher). Sampling or small-quantity ready stock can also be shipped by air. The final shipping method will be confirmed with you.

After dispatch, we will provide shipment tracking information (tracking number/waybill) so you can follow the progress. If there is any delay at customs, we will assist with communication promptly.

What should I do if there is damage or an issue with the order?

If items are damaged in transit or not consistent with the confirmed standard, please provide photos/videos and explain the issue as soon as possible. We will offer solutions (such as replacement or assistance) based on the specific case.
